All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is processed securely. Peptides Pharma reserves the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms. For wholesale orders: 50% upfront payment, 50% before shipping.
Products are shipped with cold chain handling where required. Delivery times are estimates. Peptides Pharma is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence; we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
