PRODUCTEN BEKIJKENMulti-Hallmark Aging Intervention Stack
10 weeks
Cycling schedule — Epithalon cycled, MOTS-C and NAD+ daily
4 peptides
The Longevity Protocol combines three compounds that each target a distinct hallmark of biological aging. Epithalon is investigated for telomerase activation and telomere length maintenance, MOTS-C is a mitochondria-derived peptide studied for metabolic homeostasis and AMPK activation, and NAD+ is researched for cellular energy production, sirtuin activation, and DNA repair. Together, this triple-compound protocol addresses epigenetic, mitochondrial, and bioenergetic aging pathways simultaneously — the most comprehensive multi-hallmark longevity research approach currently available. All compounds are supplied as lyophilized vials from Peptides Pharma. This protocol is for research purposes only.
Epithalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) stimulates telomerase activity, potentially slowing the telomere attrition that triggers cellular senescence. It is administered in cycles (10-20 days on, followed by rest) as its effects persist beyond active dosing. MOTS-C activates AMPK signalling — the master metabolic regulator — enhancing glucose uptake, fatty acid oxidation, and mitochondrial function. NAD+ directly fuels sirtuin enzymes (SIRT1-7) and PARPs essential for DNA damage repair, chromatin remodeling, and mitochondrial biogenesis. As NAD+ levels decline ~50% between ages 40-60, exogenous supplementation restores substrate availability for these critical longevity pathways. The combination creates a multi-layered intervention targeting three of the nine recognised hallmarks of aging.
Aging is driven by multiple interacting mechanisms. Targeting telomere attrition (Epithalon), mitochondrial dysfunction (MOTS-C), and NAD+ depletion (NAD+) simultaneously addresses three of the nine recognised hallmarks of aging. Research in model organisms consistently shows that multi-pathway interventions produce greater longevity benefits than single-target approaches.
Epithalon is administered in cycles — typically 10-20 consecutive days followed by rest periods of several weeks to months. MOTS-C and NAD+ are administered daily throughout the 10-week protocol. This design leverages Epithalon's persistent telomerase-activating effects while maintaining continuous metabolic and bioenergetic support from MOTS-C and NAD+.
Key biomarkers include telomere length (via qPCR or FISH), NAD+ levels (via blood or tissue assay), mitochondrial function markers (respiratory chain activity, ATP production), IGF-1, inflammatory markers (IL-6, TNF-alpha, hsCRP), and epigenetic age clocks (Horvath, GrimAge). These provide a comprehensive aging biology profile.
All three compounds have favourable safety profiles in published research. Epithalon's cycling nature makes it inherently suited for long-term use. NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme, and MOTS-C is an endogenous mitochondrial peptide. Extended protocols should follow institutional guidelines and appropriate oversight.
All three compounds are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. Reconstitute each separately with bacteriostatic water according to the included instructions. Administer via daily subcutaneous injection (MOTS-C and NAD+) and cycled subcutaneous injection (Epithalon). Store reconstituted vials refrigerated.
